I enjoyed your wire thoughts and totally relate to the feeling of finally 'finding my place' when I hit wire. I've gotten to take a year of metal-smithing at the local university and LOVED it, but can't afford to regularly take classes or create my own studio. So wire-working is where I've turned most of my passion. Yes, I still do stringing, but I love wire! =)
