1. How / where is your work made?

My work is 100% handmade with love by me right here in Canada. I am using the highest quality items available and I work mostly with sterling silver, semi-precious stones and crystals.

2. Can I get a different size?

Most of the necklaces are made with an extensions. Some of the bracelets have an extension as well. For any other work - if you need another size just let us know, the price will remain the same unless the change is quite dramatic (for example you would like to order a listed collar of 16", but you wish it in an opera size of 40").

For the home decor items - we will do our best to accommodate your wishes and needs.

3. Do you do custom work?

All our items are one of a kind (OOAK). If you like a design but would prefer other materials and/or colour all you have to do is contact us and we will work together to create your unique piece.

We also offer packages for bridal parties or other group gatherings. Contact us if you like to have a multiple order.

4. How can I pay?

We accept PayPal and cheques. The order will be shipped as soon as we receive the payment, please take that in account if you pay by cheque.

5. How do you ship?

All our jewelry is shipped within a delicate gift box. If you have a special wish for the colour of the gift box, please let us know and we will try to get the colours you wish. The gift box or boxes are packed with utmost care in a brown shipping cardboard box. There will be no fancy outside packaging; that way we make sure the package doesn't get 'lost in transition'. Rest assured when you open the shipping box you'll be pleased with the content!

Packages will be shipped, tracked and insured, via Canada Post to Canadian, US and International addresses. Tracking numbers for Canadian and U.S. addresses are emailed when the package is sent.

Packages sent to Canada will generally arrive between 1 and 5 days after processing here. Packages to the US will arrive between 5 to 10 days after processing (we have no control over Customs processing unfortunately). Processing takes 2-3 business days. International delivery times vary.

Additional Customs and taxes as levied by your customs and postal carrier are your responsibility.

6. What is your return policy?

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will make it right.
We make every effort to fill orders correctly and promptly. Please ensure that you give us a valid email address that you actually check email at, or a daytime phone number, so that we can communicate promptly should we need to.

Should we be out of an item, and we do not have an acceptable substitute or you do not care to wait, we will cheerfully refund your missing item!

If you are not happy with an item, let us know (within 5 days) and we will arrange for exchange or return & refund.

We're sorry - but we can not accept returns on the following:
  • custom order items 
  • items that are not in their original condition or packaging
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.

If it does not suit your purpose (too big, too small, not the right colour), let us know and we will arrange for exchange or return & refund.

If it arrives damaged, let us know and we will arrange for exchange or return & refund.

We have a 100% satisfaction policy! Our first priority is that you are happy with your purchase.

7. What is your guarantee?

We understand that purchasing jewelry over the Internet can be sometimes confusing and even scary, and that buying fine jewelry is an emotional purchase.

With this in mind, we have set forth the following guarantees:
  • All our work is the highest quality one of a kind, as closely represented by its picture as possible. 
  • All of our merchandise is sold NEW. We do not sell used or estate jewelry. 
  • Our client's privacy is very important. We guarantee that NO information collected by us will be distributed. 
  • We guarantee your satisfaction. 
  • Each client has a 5 days inspection period (from the time you receive the order). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money (less shipping/insurance).

8. How do I care for my purchase?

All our items will come with clear instructions on how to care for them.

If you bought one of the polymer clay on glass decor item, make sure you don't throw them in the dishwasher (the polymer clay accents might come off) and it's best not to wash them either. Just wipe the glass gently with a damp cloth and you're done!
